Great Lakes Brewing Co. Beer Event
In collaboration with Great Lakes Brewing Co., Scion
featured all of Great Lakes’ year round offerings and
two limited release seasonals with food pairing
options. A 6 oz. beer tasting was available for $3
each; $6 with food pairing; or $15 for three pairings. A
representative from Great Lakes was in attendance to
talk about this “Best in the Midwest” craft brewery and
to give away free stuff!

savory pairing of maple glazed pork belly and a sweet
chocolate mousse to bring out the unique flavors of
